Job summary

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and a can‑do approach to problem‑solving.
• Hands‑on experience with a SIEM such as Elastic Stack or Splunk.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, iOS, and virtual environments.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP) and tools (TCPDump, Wireshark, Nmap).
• Forensic knowledge (FTK, Autopsy, Volatility).
• Review logs to identify unusual behavior in networks and devices.
• Endpoint Detection knowledge (Wazuh, Velociraptor, OSSEC, OSQuery, OpenEDR).
• Experience with network‑based intrusion detection (IDS/IPS - SNORT or Suricata).
• Understand email protection, investigations (analyze email headers), and protocols (IMAP, SMTP, POP3).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Ability to program and write scripts (Python, Java, Go, or any other modern language).
• Proactive approach and enthusiasm for problem identification and solving.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• A strong appetite for continuous learning.
• Great verbal and written skills, and a willingness to apply them to documentation.
• Training or certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+) would be a plus.
• Experience or training with AI or LLM would be a plus.
