This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within our Cybersecurity Operations team, focusing on providing reliable security solutions to clients across various sectors. Your role will involve helping clients understand their cybersecurity threats, and evaluating and enhancing their security operations to counter these threats effectively.

As a Cybersecurity Operations Engineer, you will support infrastructure support tasks, cloud environment modifications, and develop/deploy automation tools, contributing to the resilience of our clients’ organizations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SNOW tickets for patching on-premises and cloud servers.
• Update applications and configure/deploy Zscaler app connectors.
• Support cloud infrastructure modifications and develop/deploy Terraform templates.
• Deploy CI/CD pipelines and automate processes.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver security solutions.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and update stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity advancements and industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with about 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Linux, Windows Server, PowerShell, Python, CI/CD, and vulnerability management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of cloud infrastructure support and management experience.
• Experience with Terraform, application security, compliance frameworks, and consulting in cybersecurity.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are desirable.
