Cboe Global Markets, Inc. is seeking a Third-Party Risk Management Specialist to execute risk assessments, monitor vendor relationships, and address client due diligence inquiries.

You will collaborate with business, legal, technology, and information security teams to validate responses and ensure compliance with security standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in third-party risk management and strong cybersecurity knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years’ experience in third-party risk management, vendor management, security incident response, cyber management or comparable field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including application security, access control, and incident response.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- function teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments/projects simultaneously.
• Experience conducting vendor risk assessments.
• Experience with third party/vendor risk management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client requests (assessments, questionnaires, etc.), triage to appropriate teams, and validate non-disclosure agreements.
• Coordinate between business, legal, technology, and information security teams to validate responses and fulfill controls.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders on due diligence inquiries and responses.
• Act as SME for the response management software used for client due diligence questionnaires.
• Maintain a standard library of responses for due diligence questionnaires with accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal experts to update responses as needed.
• Assist with onboarding new vendor relationships.
• Collect, review, and process information from third-party vendors/suppliers.
• Conduct third-party risk assessments and due diligence reviews; analyze security info and report findings to senior team members.
• Perform security reviews of third-party vendors using questionnaires and tools to evaluate controls and risks.
• Prioritize identified risks and create remediation plans.
• Monitor vendors’ security posture through regular assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Coordinate with internal security to respond to cyber incidents involving third parties.
