Job summary

Wilton Re in Norwalk, CT, seeks an experienced Manager, Cyber Risk Operations to strengthen cyber risk management, incident response readiness, and third-party cyber risk oversight. Reporting to the CISO, the role coordinates incident command, risk assessments, and governance reporting across security, IT, legal, compliance, and business units.

You will own the Cyber Risk Register, drive risk treatment plans, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely remediation and executive visibility

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or risk management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional incident response activities and risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of cyber risk management, incident response, and third-party risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity incident response from identification through stabilization.
• Manage Cyber Risk Register and risk ownership across the organization.
• Develop risk-based governance reports for executives and boards.
• Coordinate with security, IT, legal, compliance, risk, audit, and vendors.
