Job summary

Baker Tilly invites aspiring risk professionals to join our Cyber Risk Services Internship in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience in risk advisory, participate in orientation and training, and work on real client engagements under guidance from seasoned professionals.

Ideal candidates are enrolled students in accounting, finance or IT related fields, able to commit full time, travel as needed, and aiming for a long-term career in risk and advisory.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a student during the current school year in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related business or management degree
• Able to work full time for the duration of the internship
• Available to travel as needed for client projects
• A resume and unofficial transcript(s) are required as part of the application process
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have at least one academic term remaining following completion of the internship
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
• Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization desired
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment across client personnel
• Excellent time management, communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in risk advisory while working full time
• Participate in intern orientation, technical training and development program
• Engage in on-the-job training through real client engagements
• Learn from experienced associates, seniors, managers and partners with specialized knowledge
