Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Director of Cyber Resiliency, Enablement, and Operations to act as the strategic right hand to executive leadership, ensuring execution of priorities with precision and speed. You’ll lead a portfolio of cyber capabilities across operations, GRC, and architecture and engineering functions to influence mission readiness on a national scale.

• Experience operating across enterprise functions.
• Experience building and managing complex enterprise budgets.
• Ability to navigate matrixed structures, influence across functions, and drive alignment at multiple levels of leadership.
• Ability to manage complex and multi-stakeholder projects with discretion and precision.
• Ability to distill complex information for various audiences.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CISO, driving alignment across operational priorities.
• Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on high-priority projects, often under tight deadlines.
• Develop and implement operational processes that improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Plan and precisely manage fiscal year labor and non-labor budgets.
• Drive cybersecurity talent and performance management.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors.
• Provide strategic vision and oversight for the cyber education and awareness, exercise, data and analytics, advisory, and PMO teams.
• Act as a liaison between leadership, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
