Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking a Cyber Resilience & Assurance Program Manager to establish and mature a strategic cybersecurity program. You will build assessment methodologies, governance, resilience exercises, and executive reporting across the firm.

You'll work with Information Security leaders to develop long-term strategies, train staff, and measure the effectiveness of security investments in identity, infrastructure, cloud, and AI environments.

Qualifications

• Experience building or maturing Security Assurance, Cyber Resilience, Threat Emulation, Security Validation, Adversarial Validation, Red/ Purple Team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Help build and mature the Cyber Resilience & Assurance program.
• Develop governance frameworks, standards, procedures, and assessment methodologies.
• Establish validation approaches for cybersecurity controls, platforms, and AI environments.
• Evaluate control effectiveness and organizational readiness against evolving threats.
• Support threat-informed assessments, attack simulations, and security validation activities.
• Develop metrics and executive reporting for cyber resilience and security effectiveness.
