Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Cyber Recovery, Infrastructure Recovery, or resiliency programs.
• Experience conducting recovery exercises and validating recoverability of applications and data assets.
• Understanding of backup, replication, disaster recovery, and application recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber recovery testing activities across application portfolios.
• Validate recovery plans through structured testing exercises.
• Assess recovery capabilities against defined recovery objectives.
• Coordinate testing with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Validate recovery of critical data assets and dependencies.
• Analyze results and identify recovery gaps.
• Develop remediation plans and track closure.
• Support recovery simulations and readiness assessments.
• Produce executive reporting and recovery metrics.
