Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Cyber Assessment Analyst & Planner IV to work in VA Beach, VA. The candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance and will support CAP cyber readiness assessment planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for Navy and USSTRATCOM.

Responsibilities include coordinating with commands and technical staff, developing assessment artifacts, and contributing to reports. Travel to DoD sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR an Associate’s with 8 years.
• Demonstrated experience in DoD cybersecurity, cyber operations, or related activities.
• Experience supporting military operational or exercise planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate CAP cyber assessment activities for Navy and USSTRATCOM needs.
• Coordinate with Navy, USSTRATCOM, TSMO, staff, and technical teams.
• Develop CONOPS, ROE, Data Collection Plans, and assessment artifacts.
• Support OPFOR/adversarial assessment activities when needed.
• Document observations, analyze gaps, and prepare assessment reports.
• Travel to DoD locations as required and maintain required clearances.
