Job summary

Corvus Consulting, LLC seeks a Cyber Program Analyst (Communications and Collaboration) to provide staffing support to HQDA G-3/5/7 DAMO–Strategic Operations Electromagnetic Warfare initiatives, policies, and directives. The role ensures DAMO-SO supports Army 2030 and beyond as the lead integrator and staff proponent for EW.

The selected candidate will provide trusted counsel with strong follow-through and deliver clear, timely, mission-critical communication across the DAMO-SO enterprise,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD (Associate +10 or HS+12 years acceptable).
• Experience with HQDA-level processes and able to provide trusted counsel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and prioritize competing tasks with tight deadlines.
• Active TS clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with staff elements of OSD, OUSD, Joint Staff, Army Secretariat, HQDA, ACOMs, ASCCs, DRUs, and external organizations for compartmentalized, sensitive, and/or non-kinetic activities.
• Provide communication products to inform relevant communities of interest on initiatives, strategy, policy, prioritization, and resourcing.
• Provide communication and collaboration support on compartmentalized, sensitive, and/or non-kinetic activities.
• Support ARSTAF and external organizations to enable integration of compartmentalized activities with ACP objectives and MDO tenets.
• Prepare communication products including operational analysis, technical support, and expert recommendations for Army strategies and resources for DAMO-SO.
• Assist DAMO-SO in researching inquiries from Congress and other authorities and draft responses regarding compartmentalized activities.
