Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Cyber Physical Defense Lead to drive OT cybersecurity initiatives across Federal and Civilian markets. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and shaping solution architectures while leading staff growth to scale cyber projects.

The candidate will collaborate with executives and engineers to advance security programs, travel CONUS up to 20%, and contribute to marketing and engagement efforts. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience building, managing, and expanding cyber technology partnerships including companies aligned to Federal, DOW, or Civil Agency
• Experience developing OT cybersecurity technical solutions and strategies and communicating integrated capabilities
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams, cybersecurity engineers, asset owners, and leadership to align strategy and support cybersecurity execution
• Experience building relationships with internal executives and external cyber vendors, OEMs, and VARs
• Knowledge of Federal Agency and DoW organizational structure and functions
• Ability to converse credibly with vendors on capabilities and mission alignment
• Ability to identify emerging cyber tech companies, evaluate synergy with mission needs, and initiate outreach to create new partnership opportunities
• Ability to travel to CONUS locations up to 20% of the time to support customer engagements, demonstrations, conferences, and field activities

Cyber Physical Defense Lead Opportunity

Lead Cyber Physical Defense Engineer in support of Federal and Civilian market channel pursuits. Will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engagement opportunities, and developing growth pipeline. We will expect this leader to support Senior and Director leadership in the development of marketing materials, client engagement products, and solution architectures. You Have

Nice If You Have

• 8+ years of experience in OT cybersecurity, technical account management, or enterprise technology delivery supporting federal or DoW agencies
• Experience driving growth of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, observability, or infrastructure platforms through license expansion, renewals, and new customer acquisition
• Experience identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities, building pipelines, and partnering with account teams to drive revenue growth through solution architecture demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, technical workshops, and executive briefings for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, networking, observability, Zero Trust, or enterprise software technologies
• Ability to work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align customer requirements with product roadmaps and solution capabilities
• Top Secret clearance
• Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
