Job summary

JCS Solutions seeks a Cyber Partner Integration Planner to oversee and lead cybersecurity partner integration efforts in support of DHS/CISA. You will guide a three-member team, integrating partners from multiple disciplines into a unified planning effort, enabling cyber plan execution across government and industry.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience facilitating the development and execution of cyber operations plans across multiple organizations, public or private.
• Experience supporting DHS and/or CISA is preferred.
• A bachelor’s or advanced degree is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain crisis and deliberate action plans for coordinated cyber defense with USG, private sector, and SLTT partners.
• Develop formal plans leveraging USG and industry operational capabilities for cyber defense and resilience.
• Pilot approaches to disrupt malicious cyber activity and improve situational awareness.
