Job summary

Deloitte France’s Cyber Foundry team seeks an Associate Vice President, Engineering Managed Services to lead cyber operations across engagements. You will guide senior teams, set strategy, oversee delivery, and ensure client outcomes while navigating complex risk landscapes.

This client-focused role requires deep security operations experience, cross-geography leadership, and the ability to drive growth through innovative cyber solutions and strong governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC), Managed Security Services, or Cyber Operations with 5+ years of people leadership across engagements.
• 5+ years of experience with security technologies including threat and vulnerability management, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, proxies, WAF, EDR/XDR, antivirus, firewalls, threat intel, and penetration testing.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, mathematics, decision sciences, risk management, mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on work and clients served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery, forecasting, margins, resource planning, SLAs, and governance
• Serve as senior escalation point to clients' CISOs/CAOs and executives for incidents, risk decisions, and post-incident reviews
• Set operational and technical strategy across security operations, incident response, endpoint security, app security, threat/vuln management, IAM, and network security
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, technical leads and analysts across engagements and geographies
• Drive practice growth through sales pursuits, RFPs, client solutions, vendor relationships, and adoption of cybersecurity methodologies and technologies
