Job summary

A technical BS degree or equivalent experience is required. Candidates should have strong reporting skills, ability to brief options and risks, and experience in developing technical operation plans for network and system access.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical discipline or three years sponsor-specific experience substituted for BS degree.
• 5+ years planning, developing, and executing HUMINT operations.
• Experience reviewing HUMINT, SIGINT data to support operational planning.
• Knowledge of wireless protocols (cellular, Wifi, Bluetooth) and computer networks.
• Ability to translate needs into requirements and coordinate with multiple offices.
• Develop routine proposals with technical and operational issues in plans.
