Job summary

Department of the Air Force Headquarters seeks a first-level supervisor to plan, direct, organize, and exercise control over 390th Cyberspace Operations Squadron cyber mission forces non-supervisory personnel. Guidance will be provided to Operations Intelligence and Analysis & Production missions while ensuring security and compliance across sensitive operations.

The position is GG-14 equivalent; salary will be set based on qualifications and DCIPS guidelines, with emphasis on experience in

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of USCYBERCOM CMF and JFHQ-C (AF) missions.
• Understanding of information warfare, intelligence collection and analysis.
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct staff and missions across cyber operations.
• Strong written and oral communication for senior audiences.
• Eligibility for access to SCI and related security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, and control over cyber mission forces personnel.
• Provide guidance and oversight of Operations Intelligence and Analysis & Production missions.
• Communicate findings to senior level audiences at 16 AF, USCYBERCOM, NSA, DOD for decision-making.
• Ensure security protocols and compliance with safety regulations.
