Job summary

Sandoval Technology Solutions LLC seeks a Cyber Network Defense Analyst to join the Cybersecurity Operations team supporting the AFNCR IT Services program. Located at Joint Base Andrews, you will augment the 844th Communications Group and help implement DoD cybersecurity policies and initiatives.

Responsibilities include facilitating A&A efforts, supporting DCO-IDM for the AFDW/MRT-C, coordinating firewall changes, 8140 compliance and briefing status to government leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2 years of relevant experience acceptable.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• CompTIA Security+ CE or higher DoD 8570 IAT Level II.
• Experience with ACAS and HBSS.
• Familiarity with STIGs and RMF.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Ability to brief status to high level Government leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Assessment and Authorization efforts for AFDW enclaves.
• Support the AFDW mission defense team (MDT) in performing DCO-IDM for AFDW portion of the AFIN.
• Support the AFDW MDT in conducting active and passive DCO-IDM to monitor, audit, detect, report, analyze and mitigate threats to MRT-C/KT-C.
• Work with entities for firewall rule changes and DLP waivers.
• 8140 compliance.
• Collaborate with USAF, DISA, or other DoD mission systems as needed.
