  • Facilitate the stability of the financial system of the United States
  • Support the growth and stability of the U.S. economy

Supervision is carried out through a combination of methods, including on-site and off-site examinations involving staff dedicated to the supervision of an individual firm and other professionals focused on analytical, policy and risk matters. Contribute to the development of supervisory priorities and supervisory plans needed to assess core risks and make well-supported recommendations.

Develop and present examination and analytical results to a range of stakeholders and supervised institutions.

Collaborate and build relationships with Bank, Federal Reserve System and Interagency partners to develop supervisory responses to, and analysis of inherent and emerging risks.

Help identify and address emerging risks to supervised firms, the financial system, and financial stability.

The Unique Skill Sets We’re Looking For

Supervisory or industry experience evaluating IT and cybersecurity programs at large financial institutions with complex technology profiles is required, including the ability to assess controls against supervisory expectations and emerging threats and communicate them in an effective way to non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated comprehensive expertise in information technology and cybersecurity risk management, with extensive knowledge of relevant frameworks including FFIEC, NIST, and ISO standards.

Excellent project management, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
