JCS Solutions is seeking an experienced Cyber Intelligence Planner to help develop intelligence plans and operational products supporting DHS/CISA missions. You will work with interagency partners to enable contingency planning, mission integration, and cyberspace operations in a dynamic national security environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant intelligence or operational planning experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity operations, incident response, and risk management principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence support and coordination to offer a holistic analysis of the cyber threat environment.
• Synchronize intelligence resources with planning and management processes for crisis and steady-state operations.
• Coordinate intelligence activities with CISA’s KIO and CISA Intel to ensure alignment with agency priorities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Intelligence Community partners to integrate IC input into joint cyber defense plans.
• Prepare meeting agendas, schedules, and documentation for working groups and senior advisory councils.
• Measure effectiveness of intelligence support and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
