Job summary

Interclypse in San Antonio, Texas, is looking for a Cyber/Indications and Warnings Analyst to perform Security Incident and Event Handling for a critical DoD operational system. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Incident Response, Forensic Analysis, and effectively communicate critical information to the team.

Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify system attacks, developing analytics, and collaborating with engineers. Preferred qualifications include SOC experience and knowledge of SEIM tools.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with an Indications and Warnings monitoring tool.
• Experience tuning audit data to reduce false positives and negatives.
• Experience in responding to detected security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Analyze collected data to determine if systems are operating normally or being attacked.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to refine reports.
• Collaborate with System Engineers to improve audit data.
