Solix Inc in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ is seeking a Security Governance, Risk & Compliance Program Lead to mature our cybersecurity GRC program. You will lead governance, risk assessments, control management, policy development, and audit readiness, coordinating across IT and business teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cybersecurity GRC, familiarity with NIST/ISO frameworks, and strong documentation and project management skills.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in cybersecurity GRC, IT risk, security controls, or related field.
Experience evaluating control design, implementation, and operating effectiveness.
Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, CIS Controls.

Aufgaben

Maintain and improve cybersecurity control framework and control narratives.
Coordinate control assessments and evidence evaluation.
Manage cybersecurity risk register and risk assessments.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
Support audits, client assessments, and assurance activities.
