Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Security Analyst – Forensics/Malware Analysis to support cyber defense and incident response. You will conduct digital forensics and malware analysis, support identification and remediation of security incidents, and collaborate with cyber defense teams. Applicants should have five years of security experience, a Bachelor’s Degree, and relevant certifications. This full-time position requires a Secret clearance and offers normal office conditions with potential for deployment.

Qualifications

• Five years of security-related experience required.
• Extensive experience in digital forensics and digital media analysis.
• At least one DoD 8570 CSSP certification in CSSP Analyst, CSSP Infrastructure Support, or CSSP Incident Responder.

Responsibilities

• Perform digital forensics analysis in support of cybersecurity investigations.
• Conduct digital media analysis for security event response.
• Support malware analysis to assess malicious code.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams for incident response.
• Support documentation associated with forensic and malware analysis.
