• Support USPIS/USPS and its customers by leveraging NCFTA resources to facilitate actionable cyber financial fraud intelligence.
• Evaluate data from diverse sources (agency databases, consumer complaints, social media, dark web) to identify criminal activity, monetization methods, and patterns of life.
• Prepare investigative background information and intelligence from various sources for referrals and case development.
• Document findings with clear reports and graphic displays for non-technical audiences.
