Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a Cyber Engineer III to protect guests, team members, and assets across on-premises and cloud environments. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, deploying and tuning security controls, and building automation to defeat threats at scale.

You will work across Windows/Linux, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, leveraging AI/ML to accelerate detection and response while collaborating with SOC and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of combined experience in cybersecurity engineering, systems/network/cloud administration, or software/platform engineering.
• Hands-on security engineering in enterprise environments (4+ years focused).
• Experience securing workloads across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud (IaaS/PaaS).
• Strong software development proficiency with Python, PowerShell, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and tune endpoint and EDR controls across Windows and Linux endpoints.
• Configure and operate secure web gateway, CASB, DLP, and enterprise remote access.
• Implement cloud-native protection and posture management across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Build security automations, integrations, and runbooks using APIs/SOAR.
• Leverage AI/ML and LLMs to improve detection, triage, and automation.
