Position Overview

Designs and develops cyber capabilities for offensive and defensive operations. Works as part of Agile sprint teams to create secure, tested, and mission-ready tools in support of MARFORCYBER objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop custom cyber tools and software using Python, C, C++, or Java.
• Participate in Agile sprints, contributing to backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Perform code reviews and unit testing to ensure software quality and security.
• Integrate capabilities into operational environments and support validation testing.
• Collaborate with vulnerability researchers and threat analysts to refine requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
• 5+ years software engineering or cyber tool development experience.
• Proficiency in secure coding and multiple programming languages.
• Experience working in Agile environments with DevSecOps practices.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or Security+ preferred.
