Job summary

PKH Enterprises is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Team Lead for a federal defense client, based at Scott Air Force Base, IL. The role oversees day-to-day SOC and cyber defense activities, leading analysts and responders in monitoring, detection, and incident response.

The position requires active TS/SCI clearance, supervisory experience, and expertise across incident response, threat analysis, and cybersecurity architecture. After-hours support and 24/7 readiness may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in IA or Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity operations personnel supporting defensive cyber operations.
• Oversee cyber incident investigations and response activities.
• Coordinate operational activities across cybersecurity teams.
• Monitor and improve SOC performance and readiness.
• Develop operational procedures and workflows.
• Support mission assurance and cyber defense initiatives.
• Brief Government leadership on significant incidents and status.
• Coordinate with CPTs, intelligence personnel, and partners.
