Job summary

Innospec Inc. is seeking an Operational Cyber Support Engineer to provide dedicated cyber security support for U.S. operations during U.S.

business hours. The role focuses on security controls, incident response, threat analysis, and cyber security initiatives to keep systems secure, compliant, and resilient. The candidate will configure, support, and maintain security controls such as Conditional Access, Defender XDR, Sentinel, identity protection tools, and vulnerability management.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying Microsoft 365 security solutions (identity management, Defender, Sentinel).
• Hands-on with SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, endpoint protection tools.
• Familiar with ISO 27001 and NIST CSF frameworks and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain cyber security controls and vulnerability management.
• Monitor environments and respond to threats and incidents.
• Lead or support incident response during U.S. business hours.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to strengthen governance.
