Job summary

EOA Technologies is seeking a Data Scientist to develop machine learning, data mining, statistical and graph-based algorithms to analyze datasets and build production-ready prototypes for analyst workflows. You will work with software engineers and threat analysts to model complex data across multiple databases and tech stacks in a cybersecurity context.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or computer science; Master's/Doctoral degree may substitute.
• 7+ years in two or more ML, data mining, analytical algorithms, AI or related fields.
• Experience with Windows Server management and Power BI Report Service.
• Proficient in Python/Jupyter Notebooks, SQL and relational databases, ElasticSearch/Kibana/OpenSearch.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML, data mining, statistical and graph-based algorithms on datasets.
• Build models and experiments to generate data when training or samples unavailable.
• Prototype algorithms within production frameworks for analyst workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineers and threat analysts to model complex data.
• Provide data visualizations consumable by technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate qualitative mission goals into quantitative software prototypes.
• Guide analytics development toward scalable solutions for large datasets.
