Job summary

Enlighten is seeking an experienced Product Champion to support operations with emphasis on U.S. Air Force, leveraging the Big Data Platform and providing cyber defense analytics and training.

You will work onsite at customer sites with up to 25% travel CONUS/OCONUS, driving customer adoption and delivering data-driven insights. The role requires DoD cyber background, strong communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable intelligence for government customers.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI U.S. Government clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 5+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, or big data; advanced degree optional.
• Experience with DoD/Air Force cybersecurity programs and government customers.
• Experience managing complex technical projects or programs.
• Knowledge of Defensive Cyber Operations and threat hunting.
• Technical experience with cyber data analysis: monitoring, intelligence, reporting.
• Ability to abstract threat hunting concepts to the big picture.
• Experience in big data hunting and reporting.
• Proficient with cyber tools: SIEMs, sensors, threat sharing platforms (MISP).
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and related TTPs.
• SQL querying.
• Python for data science.
• Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, monitoring, and networking.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt threats, report findings, and develop automated capabilities for the cyber platform.
• Gather Cyber Operations requirements, generate use cases, and provide SME support and training.
• Build relationships with government customers and drive adoption of capabilities.
• Lead requirements gathering from Air Force customers and coordinate with developers.
• Perform data quality checks and evaluate new data feeds for relevance.
• Create customer-facing visualizations from data and support analytics.
• Provide leadership updates on project status and engagements.
• Collaborate with CEG to develop roadmaps and action plans.
• Identify new opportunities with existing customers and maintain the pipeline.
• Develop external network of partners and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure DevSecOps timelines align with customer targets and deliver capabilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
