Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Data Platform Architect to lead the design of data architecture solutions for cloud computing, managed services, and service-oriented architectures. You will resolve data architecture issues in collaboration with business analysts and technology teams, and influence future data architecture development.

In this role, you will drive how data is collected, stored, and organized to enable secure, scalable data platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of defensive cyber operations, cybersecurity engineering, or security platform architecture.
• 5+ years designing security data pipeline architectures (log collection, normalization, enrichment, routing).
• 3+ years with SIEM platforms (Splunk ES, Elastic Security, Microsoft Sentinel, Google Chronicle) and stream processing/data brokering tools (Cribl, Kafka, Logstash, Fluentd).
• Experience architecting detection engineering pipelines, threat hunting workflows, and automated response capabilities.
• Experience deploying platforms across cloud, on-premises, and disconnected environments using Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Experience operating in classified or compartmented environments with strict access controls.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, DoD/IC frameworks, and federal compliance standards.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
