Job summary

RMantra Solutions seeks a senior cybersecurity program manager with DoW/joint command experience to lead a data-driven security initiative. You will oversee a cybersecurity-focused team and translate complex intelligence into enterprise-level strategy.

This is a full-time hybrid role in the United States (Texas area). Strong communication with executives is essential and TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Senior-level DoW or Joint Command experience.
• Experience leading a cybersecurity-focused team or project.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and their applications.
• Knowledge of CATMS or similar task management system.
• Ability to research and coordinate to represent leadership interests.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication with executives.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Experience within the DoW at a senior-level office or Joint Command
• Experience overseeing a cybersecurity focused-team, project, or work effort
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and their applications
• Knowledge of CATMS or a similar task management system to direct tasking across a broad organization
• Ability to conduct required research and coordination to represent leadership intent and interests
• Possession of excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, to communicate with executives and C-suite equivalence

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with data and metrics analysis (Power BI, etc)
• Knowledge of the DoW and its components
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Knowledge of threat and user activity monitoring practices and applications
• Ability to translate technology, intelligence, or cybersecurity information into enterprise-level reports and strategy documents
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience with cybersecurity or information technology, or 14+ years of experience with cybersecurity or information technology in lieu of a degree
