Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Compliance Specialist to design, implement, and manage policies and procedures that ensure database and software security. You will apply functional knowledge to develop solutions for moderate problems and mentor junior staff as needed.

You will evaluate enterprise cybersecurity policies, perform risk assessments, support RMF/NIST alignment, and assist with audits and continuous compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years interpreting enterprise cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Experience with cyber risk assessments, evidence reviews, and compliance checks.
• Experience with IA/NIST/RMF/FISMA policies and procedures; DoD 8140 or CWF-aligned certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certifications such as CASP+/Security+/SSCP preferred.
