Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is recruiting this position under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service, and it does NOT confer eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service.

The role supports the mission of the US Cyber Command and sits in the Professional Work Category at the Expert Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure, located in the DISA J9(HAC)/Hybrid Cloud Solutions Office.

Qualifications

• Problem solving across complex IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Expert in analysis, design, development, deployment, configuration, and evaluation of secure cloud architectures
• Supports efforts to acquire, develop, deploy, and secure the systems and infrastructure.
• Provides professional, technical advice, security planning, design and development of acquisitions, guidance, and assistance to a wide range of personnel, organizations, and components engaged in IT modernization.
• Monitors acquisition and budget execution to ensure cost, schedule and performance requirements comply.
• Promotes interoperability, integration, systems compatibility and connectivity.
