We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Quality Engineer to join our fast-paced, Agile development team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and reliability within our systems. You will be responsible for developing automated validation processes, reconciling data, and working closely with a collaborative technical team to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies. Develop, maintain, and execute automated validation and data reconciliation scripts.
Investigate, analyze, and meticulously document data discrepancies and anomalies.
Verify that system records are created, updated, and maintained correctly across environments.
Retest data fixes and validate resolutions implemented by the development team.
Communicate findings, data health metrics, and quality reports clearly and effectively to a collaborative, cross-functional technical team.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Experience programming with Python including data manipulation, validation, and automation
Experience with SQL and relational database management
Experience with APIs and handling structured data formats such as JSON, XML, or CSV
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) concepts
Ability to adapt and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Experience with Python data analysis and manipulation libraries such as pandas or NumPy
Experience with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or compliance
Experience using issue-tracking and Agile management platforms such as Jira or GitLab
Knowledge of C# and .NET frameworks
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
