Job summary

RealmOne is seeking an experienced Cyber Auditor to support a government client in Virginia. You will help maintain the operational security posture for an enterprise IT program and monitor threats, perform vulnerability scans, and deliver actionable reports to leadership.

Candidates should have 7 years of work experience, security certifications (Security+, CEH, GCIA, CISSP or similar), proficiency with SIEM/IDS/IPS, HIDS, and Linux, and an active Security Clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerability scanners and report generation.
• Proficient in Security and Incident Event Management (SIEM) technologies.
• Familiar with IDS/IPS, HIDS, network mapping, and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Monitors security tools, assesses threats and risks for client infrastructure.
• Generates vulnerability reports and metrics for security leadership and management.
• Communicates risk mitigations to system and data owners to meet schedules.
• Follows procedures for detecting, classifying, and reporting incidents with SOC support.
