Job summary

Y-12 National Security Complex seeks a Cybersecurity Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design and implement AI-driven security solutions that enhance threat detection, response, and prevention. The role focuses on integrating AI/ML into security frameworks and managing risk across domains.

The candidate will design AI-powered security tools, perform system analysis for secure deployments, and participate in change management and software release activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering/science with related experience (as specified).
• Experience applying RMF/NIST SP 800-53 controls to cyber environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML-enabled security solutions.
• Enhance threat detection and response with AI-driven systems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify cyber threats and patterns.
• Develop algorithms to identify cybersecurity attacks and vulnerabilities.
• Automate cybersecurity tasks with AI and scripting.
