Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a CX Measurement Analyst Intern in Overland Park, KS for a summer program to support digital measurement strategies, analytics dashboards, and data-driven decision making across global digital platforms.

You will assist the Global Digital Senior Analyst with dashboard creation, tracking, and training coordination, while gaining hands-on experience in consumer journey analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program in marketing, analytics, or related field (3rd or 4th year).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Are you a passionate and driven undergraduate looking to kickstart your marketing and analytics career with hands-on experience at a leading global company? As a CX Measurement Analyst Intern, you will work closely with and assist the Global Digital Senior Analyst in driving digital measurement strategies, optimizing user experiences, and enabling data-driven decision‑making across global digital platforms. You will support dashboard creation, tracking implementation, consumer journey analysis, and training coordination to support key business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Global Digital Senior Analyst in executing digital measurement strategy, collating CX user feedback, and tracking key performance indicators across Web, CRM, and digital platforms.
• Support technical enablement initiatives by helping build, update, and maintain integrated analytics dashboards and visualizing user journey insights.
• Help compile data for monthly insight reviews, conduct data validation, and assist with troubleshooting data issues across global reporting tools.
• Coordinate governance and training efforts by maintaining training resources, assisting with self‑serve data tool upskilling, and supporting vendor management documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program, in your 3rd or 4th year in marketing, digital marketing, analytics, communications, computer science, business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
• A strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to collective success
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs), enabling you to seamlessly navigate our digital tools
• A passion for pets is a plus!

Compensation And Benefits

Salary Range $24.00 - $25.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
