You will design end-to-end CCaaS-to-CRM/WFM blueprints, build real-time data pipelines, and ensure secure data flow across touchpoints. The role requires 8+ years in software engineering or architecture, with 4+ years in CCaaS/UCaaS and CRM integrations for large contact centers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or systems architecture.
• 4+ years in CCaaS/UCaaS and CRM integrations for enterprise-scale contact centers (1,000+ agents).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end CCaaS-to-CRM/WFM blueprints and robust CTI solutions.
• Architect real-time, event-driven data pipelines syncing journey data across systems.
• Govern and guide deployment of integrations ensuring data security and PCI-DSS, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA compliance.
