Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Customer Support Associate who spots where customers are stuck, troubleshoots across payments, bank linking, and accounting syncs, and drives issues to resolution. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgments throughout the day while collaborating with Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to deliver swift outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support, engaging with customers via live calls, email, and chat.
• Diagnose across Ramp's broad product surface to understand connections and breakpoints.
• Own escalations end-to-end; route issues across risk, engineering, product, partnerships.
• Build and shape AI tools to improve CX operations and automation.
• Ship improvements by fixing gaps, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
