Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd. seeks a Cx Admin for a US Idaho data center project on an initial 12-month contract, based in Idaho City on-site.

You will maintain commissioning databases (CxAlloy, Procore), track PFCs and FPTs, manage RFIs and turnover packages, and generate status dashboards for leadership.

The role requires experience with CxAlloy or Procore and strong Excel/database skills to support field teams and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with CxAlloy, Procore, or similar commissioning/document management platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commissioning databases, system trackers, and turnover documentation within CxAlloy and Procore.
• Track Pre-Functional Checklists (PFCs), Functional Performance Tests (FPTs), deficiencies, and system readiness using CxAlloy.
• Manage document control, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and turnover packages through Procore.
• Generate commissioning status reports and dashboards for project leadership.
