Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience coordinating transportation at scale is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CWSP transportation operations to move students to and from work and school on schedule.
• Supervise van drivers and chaperones; recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
• Serve as systems administrator for CWSP data and Salesforce reports.
• Manage annual billing and track partner payments.
• Coordinate student break work and payroll with the business office.
• Support CTK CWSP goals with accuracy and reliability.
