Job summary

Distribution International is seeking a customer service-focused professional to serve as the branch’s main customer contact, providing order support and product information to customers.

You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent service. The role emphasizes positive customer relations and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Review dealer orders and system generated acknowledgements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
