Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed RN for a seasonal Vaccine RN contract in retail pharmacy settings. The RN will administer vaccines, assess eligibility, monitor for adverse reactions, and maintain documentation.

Expected project dates August 23, 2026 through November 30, 2026, with hours and locations varying by business needs. Travel to multiple retail stores may be required; reliable transportation recommended.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Vaccination, immunization, or clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong patient communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer seasonal vaccines in accordance with state regulations, clinical guidelines, and company protocols.
• Assess patients for vaccine eligibility and review vaccination history.
• Monitor patients for potential adverse reactions and provide appropriate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate vaccination documentation and immunization records.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service in a busy retail environment.
• Educate patients regarding vaccinations and help answer general immunization-related questions.
• Support pharmacy operations during periods of lower vaccination volume.
• Walk the front store to encourage eligible customers to receive on-demand vaccinations.
• Assist the pharmacist on duty with immunization gap outreach.
• Conduct outreach to patients with upcoming appointments to encourage appropriate co-administration of vaccines.

Retail pharmacy locations; nurses may float to other locations as needed.

Hours TBD; flexibility is required, as weekly hours may fluctuate based on scheduling and business needs.

Mileage Reimbursement

• Mileage in excess of 50 miles driven from the designated home store will be reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate.

Important Contract Details

This is a seasonal contract position with A-Line Staffing Solutions. The assignment is expected to run through November 30, 2026, but may end sooner depending on business needs. Weekly hours may fluctuate, so candidates must be flexible with their availability. Overtime may be required based on business needs. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from their assigned work location.
