Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a CWMD Strategy and Policy SME to guide strategicReadiness planning and align policy with Air Force CWMD missions. You will integrate policy, treaty analysis, and operational planning to support U.S.

Air Force operations and address gaps across CWMD air operations. The role requires TS/SCI security clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and PMP certification, with additional preference for a Master's degree and knowledge of MDMP/JCIDS processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-level Air Force CWMD missions by evaluating operational and policy gaps in alignment with objectives.
• Knowledge of U.S. Air Force doctrine, CWMD strategies, treaty compliance requirements, and nuclear enterprise operations.
• Ability to align CWMD frameworks and operational strategies with national and Air Force requirements while identifying and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams as they solve complex defense problems and align policy with strategic CWMD plans.
• Evaluate treaty deliverables and operational gaps to propose resilience-focused frameworks for risk mitigation and mission success.
• Coordinate policy recommendations with senior Air Force leadership and Combatant Commands.
