Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. in Arlington, VA, seeks a CWMD Model Programmer to develop quantitative analyses of CBRN effects and integrate data for air operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience in military operations analysis or CWMD modeling, with advanced Python, C++, and Visual Basic skills and a TS clearance with SCI. On-site position with competitive pay range.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The CWMD Model Programmer uses advanced programming languages to model CBRN effects applied to air operations. The CMP will develop frameworks for incorporating scientific data, testing results, and other inputs. Model outputs will characterize environmental factors and operational risk to personnel and operations

The SLA Analysis Group’s mission is to deliver objective analyses, plans and strategies to US Navy, US Marine Corps, USAF, other DoD, and Australian Defence Force clients to support technology development, acquisition, delivery and sustainment decisions. The group provides the core of SPA thought leadership on Undersea Strategy, Software Development and Cost Estimating, with additional benchmark capabilities in AI/ML & Decision Analytics, Modeling and Simulation, and Future Force Assessments.

SPA has a near term need for an experienced computer modeler to produce quantitative analysis of CBRN effects to support our customer in Arlington, VA. MC

Responsibilities

• 10 years’ experience conducting CWMD / CBRN operational analysis
