Job summary

Acuren is seeking a CWI with NDT certifications to support operations in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves performing visual and non-destructive examinations of pressure-retaining equipment, documenting findings, and providing technical recommendations in line with client requirements and ASME/CWI standards.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) is required.
• 5–10 years of experience, or 2+ years of on-site experience in related roles.
• NDT experience with MT/PT/UT and/or RT is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and NDE of pressure-retaining equipment per ASME and CWI standards.
• Submit technically accurate reports documenting equipment condition.
• Provide technical recommendations for repair, re-rate, replacement, or alteration of plant equipment.
• Offer input on welding and metallurgical issues as required by clients.
