BioMarin is seeking a contract role professional for a night shift (6:00 pm–7:00 am) in California. The incumbent will support biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, learn automation systems, and contribute to process optimization and quality compliance within the Technical Operations group.
The role requires a science or engineering degree (or biotech-equivalent) and experience in regulated environments. It offers cross-functional collaboration and exposure to scale-up activities.

The schedule will be from 6:00 pm to 7:00 am, with the first week covering Wednesday to Saturday, and the following week rotating to Wednesday to Friday. This means the schedule alternates each week between four and three nights.
BioMarin's Technical Operations group is responsible for creating our drugs for use in clinical trials and for scaling production of those drugs for the commercial market. These engineers, technicians, scientists and support staff build and maintain BioMarin's cutting-edge manufacturing processes and sites, provide quality assurance and quality control to ensure we meet regulatory standards, and procure the needed goods and services to support manufacturing and coordinating the worldwide movement of our drugs to patients.
