Job summary

The Head Nurse position at Baptist Memorial Health Care in Jonesboro oversees patient care, staff management and day-to-day operations of a nursing unit. The nurse collaborates with hospital leadership to maintain continuity of care while upholding the hospital mission and patient rights.
