Job summary

All Star Healthcare Solutions, contracted with a hospital in Indiana, seeks BC cardiovascular surgeons for long-term locum coverage throughout 2026. Clinic-and-call role requires ongoing availability of 1–2 weeks per month on a recurring basis.

Responsibilities include hospital clinic hours, on-call coverage during the week and every other weekend, and proficiency with CABG, CABG/AVR, and AVR. EPIC is the EMR used for documentation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified cardiovascular surgeon.
• Active Indiana medical license and DEA registration.
• Experience with CABG, CABG/AVR and AVR.

Responsibilities

• Clinic hours: Mon-Fri 8-5 with OR on Tue/Wed.
• Call coverage during the week and every other weekend.
• Proficiency with CABG, CABG/AVR, AVR.
• EMR: EPIC; locum coverage for next year.
