Qualifications

• Must be a Credentialed Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Keeping accurate medical records and answering client questions.
• Prepping patients for exams and surgeries.
• Administering medications as directed.
• Assisting with lab testing, including blood, fecal, and urine samples.
• Cleaning and sanitizing surgical tools, exam rooms, and kennels.
• Safely restraining patients during exams and procedures.
• Educating pet parents on treatments and medications.
• Partnering closely with DVMs to provide patient care.
