Bevlab Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) to join our team in Posen, Illinois. In this role, you will provide top-notch veterinary care, educate pet owners, and collaborate with a supportive team. Ideal candidates will have an Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology, passed the VTNE, and a passion for animal care. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Veterinary Technician program (Associate Degree).
Passed the VTNE + active/eligible RVT license.
Previous experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
Passion for patient care and client education is non-negotiable.
Must be available to work Monday–Friday with one weekday off, plus rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Communicate medical information to pet owners clearly and compassionately.
Implement and oversee prescribed treatments, including medication administration.
Perform and support advanced diagnostic procedures.
Induce, monitor, and recover patients under anesthesia.
Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records.
Mentor and provide guidance to veterinary assistants.
